Yes they can Maplin are doing a generic set for £19.99 at the mo. Otherwise I'd see if a breaker had a set.

As tr7V8 says there are plenty of kits available for around £20 & some come already painted so you might be able to find something thats close to the colour of your car (I would buy something close then give them a quick spray with the right colour. You have to be careful not to put too much paint on as it can affect the sensors performance). Time wise a couple of hours depending on how competent you are with a set of spanners. If your not going to fit it yourself then you are going to get charged at least 2 or 3 hours labour at your local indie or maybe you have a local car audio/alarm center that can do it.

Finding an origanal set at a breakers could turn out pricey as I can't see them removing just the sensors so your looking at the price of a bumper & whatever other box of tricks your car hasnt got fitted (it would be nice if you could just buy a bumper with sensors fit it & all the wiring etc is there to plug in but thats an unknown & I would imagine the sensors would have to be activated by a main dealer).
