Hi Guys,

I am contemplating a 996 Turbo. Because of my budget it will mean buying a higher mileage example (over 100k) & was just wondering what sort of reliable mileages these cars can do if looked after.
I could for a similar price get a much lower mileage C4S but I would have more worry with the IMS bearing & possibly bore scoring wouldn't I? Plus the obvious performance advantage of the turbo coupled with a more reliable engine is a much higher mileage Turbo still a better choice?

Thanks

If the turbo has got it's stamps in the book by someone decent the engine should be stronger than the nat-asp version of the car.
