Christmas presents arrived, a full set of coil packs and spark plugs. I don't need them yet, but they're there in case I do. I also have 2 sets of brake pads sitting in the living room, I have a feeling I'll need them too.

Picked it up from OPC this morning. All faults cured, just a new set of Alcons needed before summer. Free windscreen wipers too. :D

first decent run out of the year... to Ribchester in the Ribble Valley. Nice lunch with Mrs AML911 at Angels restaurant, saw a lovely Basalt 997 Turbo s in the restaurant car park, then a nice drive back home in brilliant sunshine 8)

I realised last night that the MOT ran out last month :o

A quick call this morning to my local garage had the 4S booked in this afternoon, where she passed with no advisories. :D

Pleased it passed, I did not fancy turning up to the AGM in the Audi.

Replaced the duff SIM card holder in my PCM 2, replaced the duff bulb in the vanity mirror in the sunshade. All I need now is the appropriate weather to fully test the repairs under actual road conditions, unless anyone has seen an amphibious kit for a 996 on eBay?

Nice long test drive after replacing the voltage regulator on the alternator. Running as sweet as a nut, I hope the rain stays off this weekend. :D

Went out to take her for a run and my clutch pedal is on the floor..... :( I sold the 928 because I couldn't use it enough and it didn't like it, the 996 is starting to treat me the same way. I really, really need to take her out more. :roll:
