The annual nail biting session was today - MOT. It only flew through didn’t it! So all that chomping of nails for nothing. My 911 was collected and I was even left a 993 for the day but didn’t find time to exercise it! However, made a note in my diary for next year to make sure I have the day off just in case I get left a 993 again.

So, with MOT passed (current ticket was up this Friday) the drive to Silverstone this weekend will be a legal one. Er…except for the speeding I guess!! Well it’s not my fault officer - I’ve got to keep up with my pals 930.

Looking forward to seeing some of you guys Sat &/or Sun

Must be coincidence my MOT runs out on Friday & it is booked in for 09:20. The scariest bit of owning a classic.
I spent Sunday AM getting washers to work reliably, I couldn't believe how much crap was in the washer bottle :o No wonder the jets blocked up every five minutes.

Cant see the problem TBH. These cars are more than likely looked after better than most other runabouts. Just keep on top of them and some tcl. I never expect mine to fail.

I agree. I think these cars are great if cared for. I always expect mine to pass.
