This is a Grumble!

I ordered a set of seat mounts to fit recaros into my track car (bmw e36), paid in full £160.
Never received any idea of eta when ordered.
Waited weeks, tried to contact "rallynuts" by phone and e-mither several times, this didnt get my anywhere.
About 1 month after i paid for the items, they phoned me back, said that the omp mounts are in italy and italian production stops for august so i gotta wait.
I waited, then after september came and went i started the e-mither attack again.
Takes them a full week to reply!
They finally send seat mounts, they land 2 weeks ago early oct, i ordered them late july!

Then they dont FIT!
The bolt holes dont line up with the car floor pan or the seat bases!

Proper fed up.
I send them back at my expense (£12), and just been told they will give me refund less handaling charge .

Do not use this company, there poo!

Iam not happy, them FU RS at rallynuts havent refunded me, or even had the decency to respond to my e-mithers!

If only they where closer! Cornwall is just 2 far to go for a crazed rant!

If they continue to ignore me how do i go about getting my refund?
Do i contact the card company?

Yeah, tell the card company. They're usually hot on refunds and non deleivered goods, and will contact the dealer/agent.
