Hi All

I'm new to the forum but wanted to add my experience with GCR Central in Leicester.

I had some bodywork done - bonnet respray, rear bumper replacement and a dent taken out of the driver's side rear wing. There was a problem with the bonnet respray and there was a delay with getting my car back. Chris was very apologetic and when I picked the car up it has never looked so clean - free wash and wax. Chris had even reattached a sill footplate that was loose.

All in all I was really pleased with the service and high quality of work even though it took a little longer that I hoped. I'll be taking the car back to Chris in the future.

Thanks :D

Thanks for the welcome.

I think that the respray was around the £250 mark - don't quote me on that though

Here are a few photos as well :) First Porsche I've had and I'm really enjoying it

My 996 c4 cabriolet (1999) has been with Chris @ GCR for some improvements I wanted making, he has retrofitted the on board computer, fitted the aero kit, added the rain sensitive wiper upgrade, fixed one of the air con radiators ( not two as every other garage suggested I needed) and regassed the system, fitted tequipment handbrake and gear lever as well as having the centre consul painted. All this was sorted really efficiently as well as in a friendly fashion.

As well as all the tinkering i asked for, Chris also drove the car for me and gave it a good look over. The results were all positive and i look forward to a trouble free MOT which he is sorting with a service prior to me using the car this summer. From my experiences I have to say that the years of experience Chris has with all types of Porsche show, he is a total professional and his staff are a credit to him I have recommended him to others And have no hesitation doing so here.
