I've used Bert Gear many times and found that he offers good service and quality parts, shame he can't sell them a bit cheaper.

I think his prices are fair given his stocking policy, when did you last get told that item is out of stock . I never have been, although to be fair most of the parts I have ordered have been sevice items/brakes/disks etc. although my last part was a washer pump. but he had it in stock. IMHO Berts prices are reasonable :)

I'd agree with the above his prices on the whole are pretty good. As for stock maybe I've been unlucky but on a couple of occasions he's been out when I've ordered but the bits have always then arrived in a couple of days.

You pay a bit more compared to GSF but then he stocks a much bigger range of bits. Never had a problem with him. Also his tecnical advice is very good. Usualy quick delivery. But if he doesn't list it no point asking.

I have only praise for Bert, earlier this summer I ordered a 3 piece clutch kit, set of big end bearings, set of main bearings, crank front and rear seal kit, set of piston rings, new clutch bolts and new con rod bolts with club discount came to over £700, and still cheaper than Euro or Porscheshop, following day it all arrived well packaged with a note inside saying that he had took my credit card number down wrong and could I give him a call, this was the first time I had purchased from him, what service and how may other companies would have took that risk. What a great Chap, I'd recomend him to anyone. :D
