I have used Greg on two occasions. Once to repaint my sister's Mondeo bumper and the second time to weld and repaint the holes left from the rollcage on my Escort RS Turbo.

His rates were not the cheapest but the quality and speed of the work were second to none. He got the Mondeo ready in a day and a year later the finish is still spot on. Better still you cannot tell that the car has been previously hit on the rear. That cost around £250. A cheaper place I sometimes use wanted £120 for the job to paint part of the bumper (colour in Panther Black Metallic for those wondering)

The Escort he finished in a week, which I was surprised at! Better still there was no evidence like splatter etc. about the car and on the interior from when the holes were redone. It would be hard to tell that the car had a rollcage in it once upon a time.

Do I recommend him? Definitely ; I have been bitten hard in the past when it comes to bodywork, and his prices were not much more than what local places wanted but did not give me much confidence (i.e leaving a car with primer still on it in places standing outside for a couple of days :/).
