YJM is not the best player out there by any stretch of the imagination IMO

Check out Satriani if you want to hear someone make the guitar really talk. Everything YJM does is in the same insane style. I think he lacks dynamics and most importantly, TASTE.

Have you ever listened to Joe Satriani when he's teamed up with Steve Vai and Yngwie M and played as 'G3'. Their live album is great with covers of Jimi Hendrix Little wing and Voodoo child. Get's a little to busy in places but still a good sound. 8)

Yep I've heard it somewhere. The thing that stuck out for me again was YJM just doing his usual insane shredding whilst the other two tried to recapture the essence of the original pretty well. Don't get me wroing I would probably sell a limb to be able to do what YJM does, but speed is not the be all and end all :)
