Check out this V.W. Golf with a rear mounted 3.3 Ltr 911 Turbo engine. I remember seeing pic's of this when I was a lad. It was designed/built by Sbarro. What do you think?

there was a feature on this car inside the back cover of GTPP sept '07, says the car was designed as a clamshell for ease of servicing

I haven't bought/seen GTPP for about a year now, so I missed that artical. I have a book from my youth somewhere with it in. I'll have to dig it out and scan the pages.
