Ever since the revived Goodwood Members meeting took up its slot in mid-March five years ago it has been blessed with some remarkably spring-like weather – until 2018! This year saw a muddy legacy of weeks of variable weather and some prolonged snow storms during the event which left the track cold and damp. Aside from some of the high speed demonstrations the entry is usually a bit light on Porsches, but this year a variety of rare racing models were to be seen in action, topped off by a good number in the Group 5 display. They all made it well worth the -5 degrees wind chill factor!
