I have been requesting DVLA to release a number plate I've wanted for nearly a year and all they keep telling me is it'll be released to auction once they receive enough interest. I expect this will likely take years unless the interest in it is bumped forward by some very nice, helpful people who aren't actually interested in it.
The plate I'm after is F944 MJW if anyone fancies putting a request through to the DVLA for it to be released to auction I would very much appreciate it.

It's so ridiculous that the DVLA can't just put a price on the plate and offer it to whoever asks for it but there you go, nothing in life is simple eh.
