It's not related to TR7V8's earlier posting, but I was thinking about being a glutton for punishment and looking for one as a bit of a project (which would ultimately end up in the Wife's hands..), then I looked on Ebay for some prices .... :shock:

I'll find something else for the Mrs. then :roll:

914 is a splendid car that the reconditioners have been going for in a big way over the last 2-3 years, the 914-6 is the one to get if you can find a reasonably priced one, but you will be joining a pretty long line! They are all terrible rust buckets, and remedial work is usually extensive, and of course expensive. The tidy rust free American cars are the ones to get, but as you say very expensive :shock:
