Hmmm being thinking about what would be best for winter use. only way to find out is try them all.

so 4 no. 15" wheels needed, for fitment of 4 no. winter tyres. could be 16" I suppose, to give a level playing field across all cars.

15" wheels will almost certainly NOT fit an S2, I know as my Lux has S2 brakes & I stupidly forgot to swap the space saver in the boot. 2 weeks later puncture 2 1/2 hours from home & me finding SS doesn't fit. I ended up getting it relayed to Bradford & diving down a tyre fitters the next day in my colleagues motor.
