Hi, I'm having a terrible time trying to find a child seat that will fit in my 944 and have been advised that these two seats fit. I'm willing to travel the length and breadth of the country to puchase a seat that fits.

How olds your child? I got a Jane powertrack 360 for the back of mine & it's great. Just needed a bean bag to level the rear seats up. After that it's a modified booster cushion & the stock harness. There are a couple of Reccaros that fit but you could get a 944 for what they cost.

The little guy is 22 months.

He will have just outgrown it. The next bits a bit tricky till you can get by with a booster cushion. Depends how big he is. I actually went to the Mamas & papas factory shop not far in Huddersfield. I tried there smallest seat & it didn't fit. Not even close. If you can't get by with a cheap booster cut down then you need a Reccaro. And a second mortgage to buy it. Might be cheaper to buy a vw lupo to put a cheap seat in.......
