Porsche 944S 2.5l 16v Ventiler 1988 For Sale
£12,500
Bought from an enthusiast, I have owned this car since 2015, and selling reluctantly due to illness. TIPEC Valued in 2020, it is insured for a fixed value.
It is in Concours/Excellent condition – having been lovingly restored (with literally everything done to orig spec), and back to metal Alpine White repainted by a specialist bodyshop, including sills. It has had huge amounts of time and cash spent lavished on it and benefits from:
• Complete respray and replacement decals
• New steering rod
• New Clutch – master and slave cylinder
• Replacement fuel rail and injector clean/reseal
• AFM reset
• K&N Air filter
• New Sachs (orig spec sourced in USA) shock absorbers front and rear
• New original radiator
• Many hoses etc replaced
• High spec fuel line replacing corroded sections.
• New discs and pads to front
• Brand new Bridgstone tyres to front and rears with very good tread
• Clock working/sunroof fully restored, and new seal
• New gear gaitor and armrest
• Very high spec mats tailored to car
• Wheels restored
• USB stereo and new speakers back and front
• Rear brake pistons replaced
• Oil service end 2022.
• Cover and spare paint
• Service history and file of helpful documents
• Heater matrix replaced
And many more!
It runs very smoothly (my Porsche garage once said it ‘purs like a pussy cat’ to me) – I will be very sad to say goodbye having driven this in the UK and across France. I would really like this car to go to an enthusiast – it has been driven and looked after with extreme care, dry stored, and only driven in dry conditions. It has never let me down, starts immediately every time and has a clean MOT.
I can give advice as to future projects, and let the buyer have some specialist tools and spare parts that I have accumulated. I have lots of memorabilia which I am also happy to share with the purchaser.
If interested please call me 07879642325 or email jamesbebaker@gmail.com and I can arrange for you to visit - car is is SE London. People think I am mad selling it!
