I am putting my 1988 944 turbo up for sale. As I have a young child and unfortunately the car just isn't practical enough for our family. I've loved every second of owning her and she has been my daily transport for the past 3 years. I hope she goes to a good home!

Price: £13,500 - I am aware that this is probably one of the cheapest 944 turbo's around, The car is in great condition. I am just looking for a quick, no hassle sale as I need to get more practical transport sorted as soon as possible.

The details are listed below along with some pics. I can send more pictures and details if requested. Just pm me or ring the mobile number. Thanks for looking!

Black 1988 Porsche 944 turbo (220) - in great condition.

Details below:

Interior:
•    Full linen beige leather interior with electric seats
•    Kenwood head unit with aux port for your ipod etc
•    Removable electric roof with leather original cover, original toolkit
•    Working Clock
•    No cracks in the dashboard

Exterior:
•    Lightweight Fuchs forged slotted alloys
•    Body work in good great condition - with no rust. Just had wheel arches sorted as there were a few rust spots beginning to appear.
•    Paintwork polishes up great and really shows off the cars 80's styling
•    There are a few stonechips on the front of the car which you could easily get done if you wanted it to be absolutely pristine.
•    Stone chip on the windscreen which will need doing, however it doesn't obscure vision and passed through the MOT fine.

Recent work carried out:
•    2014 Timing belts, tensioners and water pump.
•    2014 New clutch fitted by Tony Gretorex (specialist porsche mechanic).
•    2014 Front brakes reconditioned and powder coated as they were suffereing from the dreaded plate lift!
•    2015 New engine mounts.
•    2015 New tial wastegate fitted as the old one had seen better days.
•    2015 Master and slave clutch cylinders.
•    2016 Rust around the rear arches cut out and re-sprayed.

Other points to note:
•   Last service carried out 05/11/2015 by Riverside engineering in the High Peak (porsche and classic car specialist).
•   MOT'd until July 2017, passed without any issues
•   Two new front tyres (Bridgestones) put on around 3 months ago.
•   The car had a Dansk stainless steel exhaust fitted by the previous owner, gives a nice throaty roar when pushing on, but doesn't drone on longer journeys.
•   Car is completely original apart from a manual boost controller, fitted by the previous owner and Tial wastegate, which is an upgrade on the orignial Porsche part.

Summary:
•   The car gets used regularly and has been maintained as such.
•   Genuine reason for sale, will be sad to see her go!
