We bought this last year on a whim, but have not had time to use it .. and today decided that we're going to stick to tenting...

I bought it as a 'bereavement' sale so couldn't ask the PO much about it as he had just gone up to heaven, but it all looks good to me. We've done nothing much more to it than clean it up and 'homeify' the inside ready for the great camping experience that we never actually got the chance to take. It's an '89 2.5D (J5 motor) LHD Peugeot Boxer. I've got a reasonable amount of history, but it has barely turned a wheel in the last year, and certainly done only a couple of hundred miles since the last MOT. It is currently on SORN but it is out of tax and I'm not going to insure it for the year just to get it down to the MOT station .. The speedo was changed a while ago which is reflected in the discontinuous MOT mileages, but I reckon it's about 80k miles. It's looking grubby at the moment becasue it's under the tree and it's sapping out at the moment - as soon as I wash anything it gets sapped again so frankly I can't be arsed to keep doing it.

It's got 4 relatively new tyres, and benefits from air suspension on the rear axle which really makes it a cushy drive. Little cooker on board, microwave, fridge, shower room with cassette loo etc... Other than that it's an honest van, with no obvious defects.

Looking for £3500.00 to get off the driveway ... The wife says she wants to keep all the stuff she's bought like curtains and throws etc., but I'm sure you could sweet talk her into leaving it on board if you want it...

Let me know if you're interested as I've got it advertised elsewhere ...

That looks like a good lot of fun! A Porsche run into the country and a place to sleep when you get there with a BBQ under the stars...

I'd rather PX it or some good old folding beer vouchers, but what did you have in mind?
