Beau - that car is way over priced, if I had that kind of budget I wouldn't be looking at 944's! I don't think offering less than 1/2 is considered negotiating!!

Paul - how much would it cost to bring an average Turbo up to that standard ?
Just curious, as have been through the same process with a 928. It worked out cheaper to buy a minter.

If it was a concours car that had just had a complete nut and bolt restoration then maybe, this isn't.

It's a very low mileage car, so most of the parts on it will be original - It's 28 years old! Seals, rubber bushes etc deteriorate over time. If it was put into regular use and driven every day, I'm sure you would have a few parts failing before too long.... making it even more expensive!

Just because a car has very low miles doesn't always mean it's the best one out there, usually just the most expensive!
