The car was advertised at £18,000 and sold for a figure very close to the asking price.

Having paid a similar price for a one owner Turbo SE (1990) with all the history recently. I would say worth every penny. The buying process was carefully thought out.

I wonder of the 911 guys are worried about the price of the beautifully made and millions spent in design and development - escort Mk1 cars that in some cases demand more money than this

Didn't the Turbo S (SE) out perform and have a far higher spec than the 911's of the same era? :shock:
