I bought one of the PCGB Alloy tax disk holders at the Porsche and Polo event yesterday. When I got it home and tried to fit it using the supplied circular stick tabs, when I had a look after it look bloody awful, it looked like I had put 5 blobs of glue to hold it on. Whenever I have seen these fitted before, there seems to be no visible trace of how they have been stuck to the screen.

Any Ideas?

My car has a Porsche badged one of these, with the 5 or 6 pads. Mine looks OK, although the tiny allan screws to change the disc are a pain, but luckily only need doing once a year.

Ah, the one I have has a twist off back. Maybe I pressed it against the screen to hard and squashed the sticky pads.

Yup the later ones have the twist off back, mine is now over 4 years old.

We can provide a TIPEC ssticker to go over the PCGB logo for you, that will make a big improvement

Can you fix them so school girls don't like it! Had to chase a spotty one off my bonnet recently. She thought she looked sexy. All I was worried about was the paint........ Damn tipec stickers......

I don't think so, the power of the TIPEC sticker is so strong.

A simple question about tax disc holders leads to a picture of Russian lesbians.

Forums are great.
