Hi Folks

Hopefully you are all aware that the club is attending the Silverstone Classic again this year and we have a BOGOF on tickets provided you quote the promotional code - See Page 6 of All Torque Issue 80.

You can book tickets here: http://www.silverstone.co.uk/events/Silverstone-Classic/

Please be advised that I have received an email from the organisers advising that changes to the circuit have significantly reduced the infield areas used by car clubs in previous years and the BOGOF ticket offer is unlikely to extend beyond 31st March.
They also advise that bookings made after 31st March may not benefit from infield parking so if you want to be at this show and be part of the club display I strongly suggest booking now

Paul

Thanks Paul, good advice.

I just booked my tickets on-line. For some reason the Silverstone Classic website (http://www.silverstoneclassic.co.uk/) you get to from the official Silverstone website link in Paul's post does not work (it never gets past the home page), but this one does:

What's the deadline? I've just checked prices on the website and it's £40 per person on the saturday, or £80 per person for the whole three days. I'm sure I only paid £40 for two people last year!

The deadline for the BOGOF offer is the end of June, you will need the clubs booking code to receive a free ticket and a pass for the infield parking.

Just had an update on club bookings from the organisers - it would appear there are over 50 booked up already

Update this morning from Silverstone Classic organisers

BOGOF ticket offer for Club members ended last night as previously advised. You can still buy tickets for the event but you will not get the second ticket free!

Also you will not get an infield parking pass with any tickets purchased after 30th June so you will not be able to park with the club. :(

Could someone please confirm that our infield parking passes allocated are blue in colour and we are located in section B?
