I have been going for about 5 years, each one has been different.

Last Aprils was pretty dissapointing, a nice warm sunny day with lots of people and very little jumble. Septembers had quite a lot of jumble and very few people.

Gerry who is promoting this years event seems to be on the ball and has GSF as sponsors.

I'm fairly local and pitch up to meet old pals and talk Porsche plus have brekkie with the boys at Jacks Hill Cafe before we head down.

Who's going down a week on Saturday?

Are we going to follow tradition and have breakfast at Jacks Hill Cafe on A5/A43 before we travel down?

This year we're going to have a club stand, any volunteers to man it? We could also do with a Gazebo Jim/Paul if either of you are coming along.

Unfortunately I think that clashes with the grand SELNK day out at Brands Hatch, otherwise a few of us might have made it :x

I'm not sure what the future holds for this event.

Socially it's great to meet people you don't often see, the jumble side of things was pretty poor again.

Others may disagree.

11 of us had a good brekkie at Jacks Hill with the Tigers fans. We followed Pikey Mike on a magical mystery tour, I think he likes the SS that much he went the loooooooooong way round.
