As this is our 20th year we are making a weekend of it.

The venue is The Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon J12 M40.


Saturday 7th

Cream Tea Run*£10pp

Start in the Cafe with a drink and a bacon or sausage bap. Then follow a 75 mile route at your leisure through the Cotswolds driving through Stone built villages. Stop off for a shandy or look in the galleries and antique shops on the way. When you return to the centre enjoy a scrumptious cream tea and a wander around the museum.

BBQ Party with Live Band* starting at 7:00pm. Adults £25, Children £10, under 5's free

The BBQ will be served from 7:30pm followed by Krisis taking to the stage, getting us dancing the night
away. Carriages at Midnight. Tables can be reserved.

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express Hotels at Warwick (sold out) Holiday Inn at Leamington Spa, Hilton at Warwick where we will arrange mini buses to the venue. Camping is available locally at Fir Tree Farm 4 miles away.

The Holiday Inn Express Warwick has rooms for £48 and Leamington Spa £56 using booking.com

Both hotels have plenty of secure parking which is barrier operated.

The Holiday Inn Warwick has no more rooms available.

We are taking entries for the Show and Shine Competition sponsored by Meguiars.

The winning Porsche will be invited to display on The Meguiars Stand at The Classic Car Show at the NEC.

It makes no difference if your car is standard or modified and we do not look at the interior or engine bay.

Excel Dents will be at the Show removing those annoying dings in the bodywork. You can book your car in advance or call them on the number below to discuss your issues.

Unfortunately the Hyper Drive on the Imperial Battle Cruiser has packed up and Darth won't be joining us.

Fortunately he is in The Blokes with Helmets Union and they have contacted the Stig who is going to stand in for him

If you want to joins us for The Cream Tea drive around the Cotswolds on Saturday morning or the BBQ Band on Saturday night. I will need your booking form by close of play tomorrow. I have to confirm numbers with the caterers on Monday morning.

Over the weekend we will be raising money for Marie Curie

We have hired an F1 simulator for the day - It is £5 a go, all money raised will go to the charity.

Sorry for late reply, but been away and definitely don't want to miss out.

Will be meeting up with some other Porsche owners at Cherwell services on the M40 around 830 sunday morning.

Would love to do the cream tea run, but unsure if I can make it at the moment due to work...

Is the sunday event simply a case of turning up at the gates, or do I need to register ?
