Hey all :D I'd like to thank MR Smallman for allowing me to post this up 8)

I'd like to invite all 924 owners to the Ace Cafe on Saturday March 10th 11-4 to join the 924 OC at their season opener. All enthusiasts welcome whether you're in a 924 or not

Following on from that on April 15th the 924OC and Porsche GB are holding a breakfast club at Porsche Experience Silverstone to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the UK launch of the 924. We are hoping to get as many 924s there as we can. This is a pre-book event only

Finally for now the 924 OC is holding it's National Rally and AGM at Prodrive on May 20th at Prodrive. Included is a factory tour which any TIPEC member is welcome to join -pre book only- (there is a charge but if anybody has been on the tour before they will know how fantastic it is).

For any further information please check out the website at www.porsche924.co.uk or contact me at events@porsche924.co.uk

Cheers!!

Gary

These are the full details of the 924 Owners Club's 35th anniversary of the UK launch of the 924 celebrations with the blessing of Porsche Great Britain

This is a very specal event which I hope many will want to be part of :P

It is to be held on Sunday April 15th at Porsche Experience on the edge of Silverstone circuit.

Image

It will be a breakfast-club style meet, 9am - 12noon

Porsche are opening the premises especially for us, which we''ll have full use of.

Entry is by car pass only with a charge of £7.50 per car. The cost to open the centre is considerable and Porsche GB have been very kind in sponsoring the event.

Their restaurant will be open for refreshments.

Passenger rides around their tracks for a small fee.

Parade lap for 924s probably led by a 911 or Panamera

There is a F2 meeting on at the main circuit that weekend, there’s a good roof viewing area in the Experience Centre for the track, but people could stay and watch more racing in the afternoon. The trackside is easily accessible from the venue without paying for entry.

We are in the process of obtaining press coverage of the event from one or more of the major titles.

This will be the biggest gathering of 924s in a very long time :D
I hope to see as many of you there as possible ! :occasion5:

Further details at porsche924.co.uk or email me events@porsche 924.co.uk

Has anyone contacted Derek Bell?

He still owns the stunning GTS, I can drop him a note if you like?
