Hi :)

Is the battery charged ?

Secondly, if its the original alarm system, the makers are still in business so you could always ring them...they are called Hamilton & Palmer .... 01732-760022 in Kent.

My brother recently had his whole system replaced by them (S2 84) and it cost £763.00 :(

But worth a call I would think.....for advice...

All the best Brett :)

Ouch! You could have a full blown Clifford or Toad for that :o
I know on the 944 Jon Mitchell does a full strip out of the old alarm, including repairing wiring properly & then installing a new Cat 1 for around 500 & I know what I'd want!

Hi :)

He wanted to keep it all original I think, he did say they ripped out all the old stuff and replaced it all including stripping doors etc, they took a whole day so labour wise I suppose its reasonable.

Personally I would have the new Clifford with remote starting etc :)

All the best Brett :)
