Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience of the workshop manuals being sold on ebay? At £3.50 it's a no brainer I guess, but wondered if anyone had any experience or thoughts?

Thanks
Regards
Paul

I'd say don't pay an ebay seller to make money from someone else's work - either download them for free e.g. http://www.cannell.co.uk/Manuals.htm or pay more and get a copy on CD from one of the sellers who passes some of the money back to the person who went to all the effort originally of scanning them and turning them into pdf files. I believe the agent in the UK is John Speake http://www.jdsporsche.com/, no idea what the current cost is though.

Also, did you know you can get a pdf of the parts catalogue from Porsche themselves - it's a free download too!

Hi Paul :)

I have a set on cd....and as they are .pdf scanned files they are usuable but not great...if you cannot get a set, I will copy mine for you...

Eventually I bought the proper paper set in 9 volumes from Ebay...but they cost £375 ish... :(

Much better though :)

If you ever need a page or three scanning and emailing etc, just ask...

All the best Brett :)

Thanks Brett, Will do, much appreciated.

Planning on refurbing lots on it, but not even seen the car yet so not entirely sure what I will need to do in the end.

I suspect there will be plenty to get stuck into. :D
