 Post subject: FLAG MIRROR GLASS ????

Hi All :)

A bus clouted my nearside mirror this morning and broke the glass :(

Does anyone have or know of anywhere I can get JUST the glass as the rest is all ok...

OPC want £52 and Europarts want £51 :( :(

If you've got a template and don't need it heated (if it is)
then most glazing shops should be able to cut you a new one

Hi Jason :)

Hmmmm thats interesting, never thought of that, I do not want to take out the backplate, do you think they would do it if I took the car so they could measure the shape/size etc on the car ?

Brett, I think all the flag mirrors are the same so a breaker should have just the glass, they unclip with a bayonet type connection from below. Sure a breaker will be cheaper & keep the heated bit.

Halfords do a range of universal ones, you may get one close enough there and be able to use the discount card if you have one too.
