I can't wait to see it Phil, it's going to be some car. I never saw it at its last high point, I saw it after the fire, then again after it had been painted. It will be a master piece when finished. :D

Do you still have the skull gear knob? That's worth a picture. :D

Wow Phil, looking good. Have you been to JDS yet? How does it run? Loving the skull dipstick to match the gear knob. It is such a Phoenix. 8)

2nd pic is of a foot rest i bought from a vendor over in the US a few years ago

1st pic is one i have just made using the original as a template,it is brushed aluminium 1.5mm thick.

is there a market for it?

it would be approx £40 inc postage to mainland UK

is secured with 2 or 3 counter sunk screws going through the tapered holes-screws would be supplied

i will post a pic when it is installed in the car next weekend

the scribe line will not be there if anybody wants one-i will use a pen instead.

99% chance i will be at the merry miller meet if anybody wants to see it in the flesh

happy 928 motoring to all

Phil

Had my 928 back windows tinted for this years Laon Classic Rally in France. Just in time as it was extremely hot so the tint kept a lot of the sun out. Back window & 1/4's with 75% tint and front driver's & passenger windows matched up in a lighter 50% tint so as not to affect the MOT but to match up the tint reflection of the windows around all windows.

Wish I could get the front window done too - that's the only window we suffered from Sun attack :):):)

Greta driving weekend!
