Has anyone come across 996 tappets being fitted to an M44.41 cylinder head?

Part Numbers:

Original spec - 92810531202

996 spec - 99610504172/1

Regards

Steve

Is it generally accepted as ok as I've just seen Audi badged items at 2 sets of 8 for £90 whereas the originals are £380 for 16 from Euro, or I have seen a set direct from Germany for £350.

The Audi badged version I saw shares the same INA code.

I'm going to give it a try as some of mine look a bit weepy so cant be any worse that that.

Thanks

Steve

If they are not rattling why bother, I have one noisy one, no idea which, but 16 is an expensive game, and they can be repaired

I have seen sets of Audi ones on flea bay for 70 quid
