Anyone bought one recently? Having to replace after only 2 years and a couple thousand miles...

Prices vary massively so any pointers on where to source the cheapest very welcome!

Turbo Clutch is around £500 from various sources (Design 911, ebay, carparts4less, eurocarparts)

Unfortunately I don't think they fit the NA car as I believe the bell housing is slightly different amongst other things.

The NA clutch looks to be carparts4less / eurocarparts have it for just over £800 (might be able to use one of their discount codes to get it cheaper).

EDIT: Are you sure it is the clutch? they should last for a good while - my turbo clutch has never been replaced in my ownership of the car and I've done about 90K miles in it still got plenty of material left last time I measured it.

What are the symptoms?

Juddering on down change... I suspect the last one was not fitted correctly, will find out when I take it out... Only done about 2 k on it...
It's particularly prevalent changing down 3rd to 2nd...
I suspect the flywheel..

Juddering may not be the clutch, worth checking engine & gearbox mounts. Also can occasionally be a contaminated clutch plate & flywheel. A bit of clutch abuse can burn this off.

Knackered slave cylinder is quite common on the 944, they tend to get overlooked when people change the brake fluid.

I bled my clutch circuit last year and the fluid that came out was brown...
