I've seen pictures where a valve head has come off and embedded itself into the head or piston. And also where a conrod has bent or twisted slightly. Maybe some just replace the valves and get rid then.

Just about to change mine for my first time. Not taking any chances so belts, tensioners, rollers and pump all being changed. Plus, also noticed a small oil leak behind the distributor, so new oil seal ordered.

I've got the Klicket tool, so any advice most appreciated.
