Do you know for certain that the paint has cracked? Could it be the surface of the top coat and dirt has become engrained? A machine polish would deal with that if that were the case.

Make a feature of the crazing, paint it a different colour, then wipe it off the surface, polish and hey presto, you own custom graphics
