Hi folks, does anybody have any experience with the digital clock? Mine was working fine when I got the car, but after cleaning the carpets it was missing a few of the number sections. I guess moisture got into it and effected the connections. Anyway I stripped it all down at the weekend and it did look like some dirt had got behind the contact strip. But when I put it all back together, I now have a glowing rectangle. The light works but nothing else. Is there anything I might have done wrong? Thanks, Andrew.

I would suggest you look a replacing the LCD screen by purchasing a repair kit like this one.

Mine went blank over one winter (well it actually had the "sunrise halo") and a kit like this one solved it.

Fiddly to do but not difficult.
