Hello Porsche buddies
Ok this may be a very stupid question but here we go. I may be looking at selling the old girl next year, but where do you guys suggest advertising the car for sale ? My first choice would normally have been ebay. But have had lots of problems with selling motorbikes with people buying and not completing the deal as in buy it now the no further contact. I know there is a for sale section on this site ,but where else?

Thanks stuart

Hi Stuart! Take a look at the members area from the Board Index, there's a board for Cars for Sale...

eBay classifieds can work that don't have a buy it now but Pistonheads and CCFS has goodcreports :D

GLWS :)

Hi Stuart,

I have sold two MG Bs and a motorcycle using ads on carandclassic.co.uk No problems with the sales, also bought my current 944S from an advertiser on candc.

I've used Ebay for all my recent car sales over the last 5 or so years. But use the Classified Ad not an auction so you don't get timewasters bidding and not paying. It's also only £14.99 which is much cheaper than some other sites
