Hi,
does anyone have the plastic cover that fits over the heater motor and goes inbetween the windsreen and bulkhead to fit a 944 S2 ? Also just above the dissy cap is a blanking plate (plastic) which you can see the cam belt underneath, does anyone have one lurking in their garage ?
Thanks Neal

the heater covers are like rocking horse poo, porsche stopped production of these a few years ago, maybe worth trying private breakers, don't recall ever seeing one on ebay

If you mean the large, flimsy, curved, black piece that effectively hides the blower and bits betwixt the bulkhead and the engine bay, then you can buy them from the OPC.

I'm due to have the windscreen out to treat some slight bubbling at the top of the screen and mine was cracked anyway, so I think it cost me £35 from Bolton OPC.

If available new I wouldn't buy a s/h one. They become quite brittle when they age & a s/h one will be as knackered as yours I suspect. Mine looks decidely s/h.
