I am going to do the sills on my 924,
I dragged out some sill panels bought years ago and noticed that the profile is for the 944 and does not match the 924.

I can see several places offering 944 sills but does any one know where to get some to suit the 924 ???

any help appreciated,

cheers roy

Hi Roy,
The sills are a completely different profile, try Elliot Newman at Porkaparts on tel:07514944964. Last time I saw him which was about 5 months ago he was breaking a 924 with good sills and was going to have the sills copied. He has done the 944 sills for a good few years and was quite eager to start with the 924 sills.
Regards Colin

Main dealers may have them as with respect 924 resto's are not as numerous as the 944 resto's so they may be still available, that said i believe that the 944 items both sides are now available again.

Elliot is a good egg. Got my 944 sills from him and he was full of good info and the sills were of great quality. Got them fitted in such a way that preserved the diamond pressings by a skilled chap and am super happy.
