Hi all, finally joined at the NEC classic show after chatting with some of the members.

Got my 2005 987 in the summer after 3 years with an MX5.

I bought a 2.7 in Arctic Silver. 60,000 miles, fully original in beautiful condition. The MX5 was a great drive, but the prospect of rust was never far away. No such trouble on a Boxster, and the flat six a little different to the straight four. Different league…

Had one or two issues with coil packs, but now with new plugs and coils it runs a dream. It’s been extremely well maintained with an excellent mot history, which was my key factor, condition.

Looking forward to meeting up with the central guys when it comes back out to play in spring
