Hi all,

Just introducing myself.. met Jim and Steve at Wilton House Wake up today and they were very good company over a full English so have joined today!

After a few happy years in a 987 Boxster S a while back, and tried Audi S4, A7, Merc C63 etc, found myself not needing a car to commute any more so bought a beater estate car and a Guards Red manual 964 C2 Targa about 2 years ago. Have always wanted a 911 and wanted something fun, noisy and windy to replace the motorcycle I nastily wrote off now that the wife has banned bikes!

I’ve mostly reversed all the nasty “upgrades” made in the noughties and she looks great to me now and is such fun to drive New suspension in the garage to go on and a few rust spots to deal with but love driving her.

Hope to tap the on line knowledge pool, and perhaps even meet you all at some point.. Simply Beaulieu perhaps!
