Hi all,

Bought a 1989 944 2.5 auto to play with. Never owned one before so I may pick your brains.
I bought it thinking the sills were in good order however on closer inspection I found they were bodged with filler! I've since cut out and replaced the sills and the inner on the drivers side. Located in Devizes Wiltshire.

Thanks Brett

This is what I found when investigating a ripple/crack in the sill! So it then required further investigation to the extent of the rot which turned out to be both new outer sills front wing lower repairs and lower rears with one inner sill being cut out and replaced. I have now primed the whole car and am hoping to respray it tomorrow.
