Hi Everyone,
First joined in 2007 and left about 5 years ago. During my first time as a member I owned a 924, 2 944Lux and a 944S2. In the interval I owned 2 MGB GTs, the second one was far better than the first but I got fed up with checking the humidity levels before taking it out of the garage!! For those who do n't know MG Bs are prone to rust away. So I sold it and started looking for 944, boy have the values gone up. I did n't want a red one, the paint fades and I did n't want a twin cam, hassle with the cam shaft chain and slipper. I am now the proud owner of a 1987 Red, S!.
It's had a re spray and the last owner but one had a new chain and slipper fitted. I reckon I should get some years of happy motoring. I have already got Beaulieu in the diary.
