Hello - New to TIPEC

Hi,

My name is Ben, 33 from Mirfield in West Yorkshire. Just wanted to say 'Hi' as I have recently joined TIPEC.

I have loved Porsches since I can remember. I use to spend hours drawing 911's as a child. Anyway, after months of searching (and deliberating about whether or not I was doing the right thing, the wife still things I'm crazy, mid life crisis early or something?) I got my first Porsche in August. It's a '89 944 S2 in Garnet Red with full cream leather interior.

I love this car. It's my daily driver and it gets me grinning from ear to ear with it's performance and handling. The boot holds stacks of stuff and my 3 year old daughter loves it. She gets to sit up front in her car seat and gets just as much enjoyment out of the car as me (Daddy's racing car).

Anyway, Happy New Year to one and all. I hope to see you in the new year at some of the TIPEC meets.

Hi Ben, Your not far from me! Daily drive is the best option with these. The more miles the better.

Well worth the membership for the GSF discount alone! Get lots of bits from Huddersfield branch.

I know it well. My favourite Indian too! They do a fantatsic lamb and plum curry special. Sounds bad but is really nice. You get nice fruity aftertaste. Let me know if you want to meet up.
