Thanks for putting a rough list together. Handy reference until there’s an official one kicking about.

I don’t think you can really count this as a ‘members offer’, but in the spirit of club members doing favours for each other …

I’m a graphic designer. None of this “my brother’s got a copy of Photoshop” rubbish, I’m very good at what I do. I have a pretty demanding day job, but do enjoy taking on wee freelance projects from time to time. I don’t advertise for work, it’s strictly a friends only kind of thing.

I know a fair few of our members run their own businesses and may have need of design consultancy from time to time. I’m up for offering my services to fellow TIPEC members, and whilst I’m not going to specify a discount percentage, I will promise very reasonable ‘mates rates’.

Basically, you can have international-level design work done at freelance mates prices. Just drop me a PM or email and we can have a chat about what you need and whether I can help.

You should have checked the box when you posted!

phpBB User Guide wrote:
Sticky/Announcement - To make a post into an Announcement or a Sticky Topic, look to the bottom of the posting form. There are radio buttons at the bottom that will allow you to set the post as Normal, Sticky or Announcement. These options will only be visible to a user for the top post in a topic, and only if they have permission to make Announcements and Sticky topics. For more information, see 4.2.2 Announcements, 4.2.3 Sticky Topics and 3.1.2 Forum Permissions

Hold fire, as I might be able to fix this in the database...

Jim.

Hi

Question for Sean/Derek etc.

wrt the discount on service manuals etc., does this apply to stuff ordered direct from Haynes, or does it apply somwhere else e.g. amazon.co.uk ?

Cheers!
Adam

Yep got it, but have balls'd up with your surname. I forgot to change it on the membership card order form so you'll be on the next order in a couple of weeks.

Sorry. :hiding:
