With the snow coming down again and more expected over the weekend, will the AGM possibly be rescheduled? I can't see many being able to make the trip in this weather.

Rightly or wrongly the AGM will be going ahead, we tried lots of different dates and it was a nightmare to organise this year.

Once you get into the middle of April the regional calendar of events gets into full swing which makes it impossible to organise after then.

It’s up to everyone to make their own call, some will be happy regardless. Others will moan that it wasn’t right to hold it because of the weather. I live in Kent, snow is falling and there is currently a foot of snow on my drive. It’s going to warm up tonight and 6C tomorrow :bounce:

I will see you or not see you in Coventry. Just let me know if you are not coming. :)

I have organised breakfast rolls for 10:30 to allow people a little more time to travel

No issue if you don’t want to bring the Porsche, i have included the details of the car park in an earlier post for non P cars.

It appears that Kent will be the warmest part of the country by some distance tomorrow. In Peterborough it'll be barely above freezing until sunday. Fingers crossed the snow is gone by tomorrow evening.

I've just come through Coventry tonight and can report the main roads including the M6 were free of snow and free flowing.
The minor roads were mainly light slush but safely passable.

Have a great AGM

It was great to see so many people attend the meeting at Coventry today. :thumbright:

Of all the AGM’s I have chaired, todays was the most enjoyable. Lots of passion for the club and the regional activity, a very positive session.

Many thanks
