The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Coventry Transport Museum

10:00 for 10:30 start

As in prior years we will rattle through the required formalities and have a good chat about the club, followed by lunch and a look around the museum.

We should hopefully be allowed to park in front of the museum, I will update the thread when the council has given us permission.

Please confirm your attendance so that we can book lunch.

Agenda

Apologies
Agree Minutes of last meeting
Chairmans Report
Finance Report
Election of Committee and Officials
Dertimantion of Subscriptions
Amendments to Rules and Regulations
Any Other Business

We were but couldn’t get a venue, then opted for 11th but thats Mother’s Day.

Trying to find a date that suits everyone is nigh impossible, so 4th it is. :)

Where are you going from and which way are you planning to go?

Do you have a snow plough?

Hope they're right, and it rains enough to wash the salt away, or Mr P stays in the garage! and if the snow gets worse Daily D stays at home too :(

For those switching to a daily driver for the weekend (understandable) only Porsches are allowed to park in Millenium Place on Sunday.

COVENTRY TRANSPORT MUSEUM VEHICLE ACCESS TO MILLENNIUM PLACE USE SAT‐NAV CODE CV1 1JR
Directions from Coventry Ring Road
1. At Junction 1 of the Ring Road, take the exit onto Tower Street (with Avis Car Rental on the corner)
2. Turn left onto Silver Street
3. Turn left onto Cook Street
4. Take the 1st right onto Chauntry Place
5. Millennium Place is at the bottom of the hill. Please be aware that you are entering a
pedestrianised area – DRIVE SLOWLY

Hi Largie. Coming from Leeds without a plough I'm afraid. Probably M1/M69/A428.

Do you or anyone else fancy meeting at a services close-ish to the museum then heading the rest of the way together?
