:D :D :D Committee News..................... :D :D :D :D

Dear All,

Just had this news in from our new Acting Chairman.

It is with much regret that we have to announce the resignation of Chairman Jim Hearnden,

Jim took over from Sean Smallman at the AGM this year and has continued doing a great job.

Unfortunately Jim's work commitments have meant that he no longer has the time he feels he needs to be able to do the role justice.

Following discussions over recent days, Jim tendered his resignation and on behalf of the committee and the club, we would like to thank Jim for all his hard work this year as Chairman and in the previous years as Vice Chairman and RO of SELNK.

As current Vice Chairman and with the backing of the committee, I will be assuming the role of Acting Chairman.

Kind Regards

Jason Gibson

I think we all wish Jason the very best of luck with the new role, and a heart felt thanks to Jim Hearnden for all his hard work with the club over the years, he will be greatly missed.

We have also had many changes with RO's and ARO's within the last few months, so I and the committee would like to welcome you all on board, I will be sending out a revised RO & ARO email contact list
in early December once the last few emails have been confirmed.

We are currently in the process of updating information on the website and on the social media pages. please if your experiencing problems please let me know.

Nice to see enthusiast willing to step forward, without chaps like these clubs would never survive.
Thanks to Jim and good luck to Jason (from an ordinary member :) )

Thanks for all your efforts Jim, sad to see you leave the Committee after all these years :salute:

All the best Jason, it's like herding cats but good fun

Best wishes to Richard, Martin & Paul who are no longer the hand bag carriers and run the show in the North West and South East LNK. :thumbright:
