This issue is particularly good, Tony does a fantastic job pulling it all together and laying it out. I'm sure he won't mind me saying that the more articles he receives the better the magazine will be.

Please keep the running reports coming and the write ups about your regional adventures.

I love the front cover, good enough to go in a frame on the study wall.

The digital proof copy is still sitting here in my drawer if you want it.

I actually thought it was a bit fuzzy, due to the original photo not being big enough to print at A4. I made the best I could of it, but there’s limits to retouching.

I’ll post it on Monday, when work can pay for the envelopes and stamps!

This time around I actually had too many articles and not enough space. It’s likely that I’ll be saving the crossword until the winter months when things are the other way round!

An excellent and well balanced issue

Running reports, regional activities and technical stuff for the adventurous DIY boffins amongst us.

It's good to see technical articles, especially after Jim's seminar at Gaydon.

So hopefully, we will begin to see more and more to keep up the differing interests within the club

I too love the front cover - any chance of posting it here as a download for my desktop?

Great content, particularly enjoyed Steve Jones windscreen wiper article and Phil's 3.2 restoration feature.

Love the spread on pages 18/19. Obviously my car is on one of these which helps but for me the spread demonstrates what is great about the club - different cars, different generation, classic to modern - same passion!

More of the same please

:D

Hi Guys,

As the man behind the original photo, I am really pleased everyones talking about it, the original and many more from the trip are still on my camera, I do know of another taken from the same angle possibly with a higher resolution camera if everyone wants a photo for the study walls.

Cheers Steve

That would be great Steve we could PDF it up & put it on this site! I'd be interested.

Cheers Steve. Glad you spotted this thread, as it’s your photo and really your choice what you’re happy to let people do with it!
