Interesting that you mention wives. At the risk of sounding prudish, my wife was less than impressed (and I'm with her on this one, what with TIPEC being a 'family club') by the photo of a woman of certain years err, 'giving it the finger' in a recent christmas party report photo in All Torque. If that's the best that the club can do, then maybe we're better off without such pictures?

Richard, it is a shame you didn't report it to a committee member or Tony our editor? I tend to be a bit careful of things like this having been picked up a long while ago in the Porscha net 1 days.

I found the photo light hearted, the main humour being had in the region when the lady in question sees her photo in the magazine.

We can set the filter as high as we like, I am pleased that members are reading the Regional Pages :)

I don't want to come across as high and mighty - I am just a tiny part of this club. If the commitee are happy so be it. I'll get my coat.

Not the case Richard at all. Everyone has an opinion, and should be encouraged to express it. While it would never be any persons intention to offend others, some people just see things in a different light and no one should be looked a differently because of their opinion. :D

It's something we can look for in the future, but it's all bit stable door and bolted now over that particular picture. :D

Anyhooooo, back to the new articles we're looking for. I have 2 ideas, and don't know which one to do first? Tony was very helpful this morning. If anyone has an idea, you should at least contact him. I'm sure he can steer you in the right direction of an interesting angle.

Would an account of a driving weekend in Wales be any use? Review of the digs, roads (and pics of the missus's t**s) etc..

I know this is based upon members writing in however I would like to see a selection of regular reviews for garages, services etc relating to our cars. All sorts of things really, powder coating, valeting, track day centres, body work specialists etc etc.

We normally get one or two per mag, doesn't necessarily need to be written at Jon level, in some ways guys doing the job on the drive could be more real than with all the gear up on the ramp!
