Just to point out that Central Region events listing in this edition shows Classic Le Mans and Silverstone Classic as June events!

This is a typo - Both are July although the days shown are correct

Thanks for that Paul as Rachel and I will definetly be planning to attend the Silverstone classic. Great event last year.

Do you want a couple of spare copies, seeing as your motor is on the front cover?

Sorry - just realised that Cars in the Park is also shown as 5/6th June - Should read 5/6th July

Got mine today! Address is shy of two lines which may explain why it's always late. Or doesn't come at all. Who do I ask to fix this?
Great issue. Havn't read it yet but looking through it's very impressive. 8)

Easily done, I put petrol in the Jag (it's diesel) whilst in France, drove it for around 30 miles when the penny dropped :( . Jaguar assist got it back to the UK by relay & then I pumped it out & changed the filters. The majority of the unleaded went into the 944, the rest stayed in cans for washing car bits. Changed the diesel filter & away it went, doesn't seem to be any real issues!

Didn't the top gear guys do this as an experiment once? They put diesel in a petrol and petrol in a diesel, drove them about then empted the tanks and changed the filters. Both cars ran fine afterwards with no problems.

So it's nice to know that it's not the end of the world if this happens, eh?

I like all the write ups of the regions, i do think the mag needs regional stuff to encourage local memberships. Can the ro's and Aro's have a few spares each month please? they come in hady for events, showing to prospecive members etc etc

Yeah I agree. I am almost out of old back issues for this as we gave quite a few away last summer at various shows etc. Could I have some more please? :D

I though that was quick for 2nd class mail, I realised today I had put the postage for a packet on them instead of a large letter.

Glad you've got them.

Clive yours went out today.

Are the South East going for the Hatrick of front covers? Can someone from another region beat them to April's front cover.

I'm sure Tony is looking for a cover that reflects Spring for issue 69 :flower:

Yep … get your best photos from last year over to me, or else I’ll end up using something from the Porsche press database instead of showing off a club member’s car.

On the other hand, maybe something track/race related to coincide with the TIPEC Bruntingthorpe trackday?
