Hi I am trying to renew my membership online and I must be thick because it does not seem to be working for me.

I foolishly thought to renew I would just have to enter my membership number and click renew, oh! no when I do this it asks me to enter all my details such as name, address, email etc. So this I did to be told that my email is already registered, which it would be as I am already a member. So at that point I stopped and gave up I will probably revert back to either phoning or posting a cheque unless someone can help me with this.

That does happen sometimes, try again now and it should work
